This passage The New Green argues that people with disabilities frequently have unusually high productivity since they can perform repetitive tasks with highly focus. However, the talents of people with disabilities are not found by employers since most of them are not hired. There are about 1.1 billion people with disabilities who do not have a job, so there are many valuable work forces. This source helps my research since stock forecasting contains such work as data analyzing which is repetitive and acquires much work force. Therefore, people with disabilities can benefit stock forecasters.

about many reasons that most people have not thought about yet. The employment of people with disabilities can alter the social problem into business opportunities increase consumption, and bring innovations. The article talks about each advantage in details but does not give any examples to any specific reason. This article benefits my research a lot since it introduces many reasons that people with disabilities should be hired in business profession I have never thought about.

The article The Advantages of Hiring Disabled People in a Company gives four practical reasons to hire people with disabilities in a big company. This act can reduce the tax, encourage talents, improve company environment and make the company more legal. Although this article is quite similar to the previous one, the reasons it gives are more practical and focuses more on monetary beneficial which coordinates with the profession I chose. Besides, this article gives examples by providing related articles.
