Among all the articles I have used for my research paper, the biggest feature is that almost every article is divided into different frames or parts. For the articles talking about the advantage about having people with disabilities in the company, the articles are separated into different sections
with a capital on the top of each section which summarizes the main idea. Another report about New York State Disability Status divides the article into different parts by different type of data. In this way, the research paper is more compact and clear so that readers can find the part they want to read
quickly. Almost every source I use is contributed by multiple authors. It is
very hard for only one person to finish all the work like data collecting,
analysis and so on. Besides, the sources also mention the lack of advertising at
the end of the article, so it could be one of the most important problems for
people with disabilities to be employed. Thus, I also address this problem in my
paper to draw more attention. What’s more, the articles do not address their
readers. They just list the result of their research and talks about the facts.
This might be a formal way since the writers do not really know who their
readers are. The readers can be everyone which makes the writers hard to
  address.

This passage The New Green argues that people with disabilities frequently have unusually high productivity since they can perform repetitive tasks with highly focus. However, the talents of people with disabilities are not found by employers since most of them are not hired. There are about 1.1 billion people with disabilities who do not have a job, so there are many valuable work forces. This source helps my research since stock forecasting contains such work as data analyzing which is repetitive and acquires much work force. Therefore, people with disabilities can benefit stock forecasters.

HAMILTON HOLMES HALL ACCESSIBILITY

Hamilton Holmes hall is one of the student residence hall for freshman. Although there is accessibility sign all over the whole building, this buliding is actually not very accessible. The picture on the right is taken outside the door. On the right side, there is an ramp designed for the wheel chair users. However, there is no automatic open button for the wheel chair user to open the door. Therefore, the design is nor very reasonable for the wheel chair users. After swiped the card, the door is very heavy and people who have disabilities in their arm or hand can also have trouble open the door.
Although there is an automatic open button inside the building, it is also very inconvenient for the wheel chair users. The video on the right show the whole process of using this button. There are about two meters between the button and the door. According to measurement, the door width satisfies the ADA standard, so it is wide enough for wheel chair users to pass by. However, according to the video the door only fully open for less than nine secconds which is almost impossible for people with disabilities to pass by. Therefore, it is inconvenient for the wheel chair users to get in and get out the door.

Picture
Hamilton Holmes is one of the freshman resident halls on Emory university campus. There is only one major public restroom on each floor. Through investigation, this restroom is proved not very accessible. The picture on the left is a picture shows the access door to the restroom. Although there is a disability bathroom sign next to the door, there is no design for people with disabilities to open the door. The door has a handle which requires the user to apply certain amount of force. The door is also very heavy and there is no automatic door button, so it is almost impossible for a wheel chair user or people who have disabilities in their arms or hand to get into the main door. The inside design of the door is the same, so it is also very to get out of the bathroom for the people with disabilities.

The photos on the left show the measurement of several important equipment inside the restroom. In the measurement of the main door, the width of the door is 35.7 inches long. The width of the door to each compartment is 35.5 inches long. These two designs all satisify ADA's standard which is 32 inches' width. The sink is 24.9 inches' long and 34 inches' high. The height satisifies ADA's standard which is 34 inches' tall. However, because the soap machine is attched to the wall at the corner of the sink, 24.9 inches is a bit too far away for the wheel chair user to reach.
Picture1 on the left shows that here is a handle inside, but the trash can is too far away for the users to reach. In picture2 and 3, the tissue and soap machine are not automatic, so people lack strength in their arms or hands are not able to use them. For shower in picture 4, there is no handle, which doesn't satisify ADA's standard. Therefore, the restroom in Hamilton Holmes is not very accessible for people with disabilities.

Picture
Hamilton Holmes Hall is a new constructed freshman resident hall. Zaya is a small restaurant which opens until 2’o clock in the morning, so it is a popular place where student always go to get food. The picture on the left is a rough map listing the location of Zaya and Hamilton and the buildings around them. There are three ways to get to Zaya. Route 1 is the only way for people using a wheel chair can
get through.

The pictures on the left are part of the pictures taken on the way to Zaya taken from Route 1. After measured, it takes me 5 minutes and 20 seconds to walk, so it will take a wheel chair user more than 10 minutes. Picture 1 and 2
shows that there is construction on the other side of the road, so it is very uncomfortable for one’s ears when one is passing by. Picture 3 shows that it is a bit dangerous because there are trucks passing by all the time. Picture 4 shows that the road is quite inclined, so it is not that convenient for wheel chair users. Despite of  all the
inconvenience, the edge of the sidewalk still has special design for wheel chair users to slide on and slide off as shown in picture 5.

Picture

This picture was taken on the way to Zaya through second route. It only takes a minutes and half for one to walk. However, as shown in the picture, there are stairs, so the wheel chair users cannot passby.

The pictures on the right are taken from the Route 3. There is a big crossroad and no sidewalk along the road. There are many cars passing by because this is the only road to get to Turman, and Longstreet means hall. Therefore, although there is not stairs, it is still inaccessible for wheel chari users. In general, the routs between Hamilton Holmes hall and Zaya are almost inaccessible for wheel chair users. There is no international disability sign on the road.

Hamilton Holmes is one of the freshman resident halls
on Emory university campus. Students need to pass
the door everyday to go to the class or attend campus
activities. The picture on the left is the main entrance
of Hamilton Holmes. After detail study about the main
entrance, it can be claimed that this entrance is not
very accessible for people with disabilities.

The video on the right shows how to open the entrance from outside in order to get into the building. This is very inconvenient because there is no automatic open button. One can only swipes his card that the door will be unlocked, but he has to eggert amount of force on the handle to pull and open the door. Therefore, it is very inaccessible for wheelchair users or people who do not have enough force to open the door.
Picture
However, despite of the inconvenience of opening the main entrance, there are also some advantages about this door. The picture on the right shows an automatic door button inside the building on the right side close to the door. After tested, one only need to eggert small amount of force on it and the door will be open for 10 seconds. It is enough for wheelchair user or other people with disabilities to pass through the door. Out side the door, there is also a ramp for the wheelchair user because they cannot use the stairs.

The videos on the right show the function of the automatic door inside the building and the ramp.
